Delicious Veggie Wrap
,If you want to replace your regular sandwich with a colorful, meatless option, then this low carb delicious wrap full of veggies and plant protein will satisfy your taste buds. It is simple to make, and very affordable. The most challenging part is wrapping the tortilla, for that you may want to watch a little tutorial.
Ingredients:
- 4 flour tortilla wraps (I used zero net carbs ones, at room temp or you can warm them up for a few seconds)
- 1 10 oz hummus (your favorite flavor)
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 1 avocado sliced into thin slices
- 1 colored bell pepper sliced into thin slices
- 4 oz or 1 cup mixed salad greens or shredded lettuce
- Oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)
- Brown spicy mustard (optional)

Preparation:
Prepare your vegetables and have them sliced and ready. Spread about 2 tablespoons of hummus on a tortilla. Be careful not to go all the way till the very edge of the tortilla, because it will be a bit messy when you roll it up. Layer the cucumber, avocado, pepper, or other veggies that you may be using on the top of the hummus. Add the mixed greens or shredded lettuce.
Roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges, then slice in half and enjoy!
