Can you believe it is almost mid 2019? Summer is in mid swing and there is so much going on. Many of us adapted our routines to kids being out of school. Some of us took some time for vacation…I had a great time in France celebrating the 75th D-Day anniversary in Normandy, rediscovering Paris, waking up my French speaking skills and enjoying a chocolate croissant or crepe on a daily basis (yes, me, the health coach!).
Now as July is almost here, let us do a quick check on what have we achieved so far this year. I am not going to ask you about how your New Year’s Resolution is unfolding, because maybe you realized it was not really what you wanted. But I have to admit, my own resolution came up to my memory and while I did not manage to keep it, I got back my motivation to achieve it. So I am going to book some dancing lessons pretty soon!
For a mid-year check-in how about we honestly address these questions without judgement:
- Am I more kind and loving to the people around me?
- Am I more comfortable with my body now than on the New Year’s Day?
- Do I feel healthier and more vibrant since the beginning of the year?
