Oatmeal Banana Cookies
,Ingredients:
1 cup quick oats
2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins soaked in water for 15 mins (if you are concerned about carbs, you can skip the raisins)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a medium size bowl, mash the bananas well. Add oats, soaked raisins, walnuts and mix well. Then add the cinnamon, and mix a bit more. If the consistency seems too dry (depending on the oats) add 1-2 tablespoons of the raisins juice.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spoon the batter into medium size cookies. This recipe makes about 12 cookies.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 350F, let cool for about 10 mins. Enjoy knowing this treat has no added sugar!
